Radiant Heat Loss
Conventional insulation glass can’t tell the difference between heat and light.
TAILOR MADE SOLUTION:
A - Tailor Made heat reflective Low Emissive Glass can tell the difference between long wave lengths (radiant heat) and short wave lengths (light). Low Emissive Glass helps keep heat in your home during the winter and outside during the summer. Also reduces ultra violet light (harmful sun rays) from fading draperies, carpeting & furniture.

Convective Heat Loss
Conventional insulating glass units are filled with air. The more you heat & cool he air contained between the two panes of glass the faster the convection current which allows for grater heat loss and/or heat gain depending on the season.
TAILOR MADE SOLUTION:
B -Remove all of the air from the inner space replace it with Argon gas combine it with Tailor Made heat reflective Low Emissive Glass benefit from dramatically reduced convective heat loss (warm air rises along inside pane of glass as it heats and transfers heat to the outside pane of glass creating a convection cycle).

Conductive Heat Loss
Convectional insulating glass units join the inside and outside pane of glass using some form of conductive material. i.e.: aluminum, galvanized steel. This results in up to a third of the total heat loss through the glass and also causes excessive surface condensation and / or ice or frost to form inside of your home.
TAILOR MADE SOLUTION:
C -Tailor Made uses an oxygenated silicon foam non-metallic spacer, which virtually eliminates conductive heat transfer through the edge of the insulating glass unit. Resulting in significantly loss heat loss and / or heat gain.
 

UNIQUE PRODUCT FEATURES
 

Ordinary Glass
Organic material clings to glass surface, water clings to the organic material causing glass to become dirty and water stained.

Photo catalytic breakdown of particles
This process gradually breaks down, loosens and dissolves dirt and other organic residue so it doesn’t adhere to the glass.

Hydrophilic (sheeting) action
Rain sheets on the glass, carrying the dirt away with minimal spotting and streaking.

Ultra Plus
Ultra Plus consists of one layer of Low Emissive, one layer of dear and one layer of solar selective glass. Two inner spaces filled with Krypton gas Oxygenated gold silicon foam spacer. Ideal for south and west elevations for maximum protection for solar passive gain. R value 7.
